Intulogy - Training Specialist - August 2006 - Present
- Independent contractor (Aug. 2006-Feb. 2007, Aug. 2007-Present) and employee (Feb. 2007-Aug. 2007).
- Managed a nationwide training delivery pilot with a Fortune 500 company’s retail-financial services division (recruited a team of nine trainers in four metros, New York City, Southern California, Dallas, and Atlanta).
- Developed and designed training content and deliverables (workbooks, aids) for a variety of clients.
- Formed competency maps with an internal team to define and guide hiring and evaluation of Intulogists.
- Produced Captivate learning modules for a Fortune 500 company’s IT and finance divisions.
- Enhanced and reorganized existing training material to create workbooks for retail managers.
- Created instructional design plans quickly from limited amounts of information and limited access to SMEs.
- Consulted with companies to help define and guide training processes.
- Currently: Building web-content and strategic plans for innovative approaches to common training projects (i.e. large-scale delivery projects, organizational development consulting).
Worthington City Schools (Ohio) - Instrumental Music Teacher - August 2007 - Present
- Manage learning of over 150 students on a daily basis using consistent achievement measurement, researched instructional best-practices, and 21st Century teaching/learning techniques.
- Create lesson plans and instructional/curricular systems for eight groups of students in six diverse schools.
- Currently: Analyzing data and observations to design a better school community; building consensus among students, teachers and administrators to enact change.
